This year, we had an opportunity to join Taunya Wade Williams for a private book launch for her new book 'Suddenly Single'.  She describes her book as a  "funny and bravely honest story of dating, sex, survival, creating a new life when the world says you’re past your prime, and the unconditional and healing love of one crazy as hell sister-circle."

It was a pleasure to be a part of this moment by capturing her closest supporters and loved ones as the book and its story was revealed to them. From the aesthetics of gift boxes, the food, and the emotion in the room, C1 was able to memorialize the feeling of that day forever.
